Make a deep side part, and grab a section of hair right above the ear.
Begin to make a dutch braid gathering pieces as you braid. (A dutch braid is the same as a regular braid you just put the pieces under each other instead of over each other.)
Continue the braid across the top of your head.
When you get to the top of your other ear, stop grabbing pieces from the sides.
Continue the braid all the way to the end of your hair. Secure with a small elastic.
If you want, you can put the braid in a ponytail.
